Aaj hum is article ke through aise topic par baat karne jaa rahe hai jo ek apne aap me bohot bada topic hai. Wo topic hai study par concentrate karna. 


Study pe concatenate na kar Pana, padhai me man na lagna, tension/depression me hona, study me kamjor hone ki wajah Kya hai,ye saare problems ki wajah ek hi hai wo hai ,
" study karne ka tariqa".

Study par Concentrate kaise karte hai aaj hum iss chote se article ke through jangenge.


Agar aap mere bataiye hue tips ko follow karte hai to inshaallah aap jaroor  har jagah apna 100% de payenge. Ye saare tips maine bohot si websites se jamaa kiye hai, hope ye aapko pasand aayenge.


Study Me Concentrate Kaise Kare  (tips to concentrate on study ) 





To chaliye hum pehle uske reasons dekhte hai aur saath hi usko kaise solve kare iske baare me jaanne ki koshish karte hai.


1. Goal Setting ;

Koi insaan Mumbai Jane ki sochega tabhi wo mumbai ja payega agar usko pata nahi hai ki usko jana kahan hai chahe wo kisi bhi jagah safar karle kya fark padta hai.



Hum sab ko goal banana important nahi lagta, to hame ye sochna chahiye ki , agar
 Thomas Alva Edison ne bulb ke baarein me na socha hota to aaj sabke gharme bulb sayad hi Jalte, aise hi agar Dhiru bhai ambani ne petrol pump ka malik banne ka sapna nahi socha hota to aaj wo is mukam par nahi hote.,

Agar aapko pata hi nahi hai aap padh kis liye rahe hai ,to aap kitna bhi padh le kuch aaapko faydah nahi milega.


    
Ye sab successful is liye hue kyu ki unka goal specific or strong tha so agar aapko bhi Successful person banna hai to abhi sochiye ki aapko study kyu karni hai? Study karke Kya karna hai? Ye cheez clear kariye fir apne dream/goal/target ko bahot strong bana do.
Strong ka matlab hai kabhi haar na manna ya to sikhna ya jitna, agar aap dil se koi kaam karna chahte hai or uspe focus karte hai to aap jarur kamyab ho jayenge.

2. Dar ko dur kare - Remove fear


Agar aapko iss baat ka dar hai aap kahin fail na hojayen,kahin mujhe  Kam marks na aajaye to dariye mat/don't worry, aap apne aap pe trust karo or bolo I can do it, yesss me padhai kar ke acche marks la sakta hu. Jab bhi dar aata hai to aap god se pray kare aur kudh mirror ke saamne khade ho kar kahe ki I CAN DO IT by the grace of god. Me apne goal ko Pura karne ke liye mujhse jo hosakta hai mai karne ke liye tayyar hu.

3. Positive Mind ;


Mind ko positive rakhe, soche ki yes mera goal Pura karne ke liye me pure dil se mahent karunga matlab man laga ke padhai karna. Kabhi Kisi ki baato me mat aaiye jaise Kuch log bolte hai yr ye cheez tum nahi kar sakte. Ye cheez me nahi kar sakta, mujse nahi hoga ya fir mujse hota hi nahi hai aese excuses kabhi mat banaye sirf khud ko ye puche ki kaise hoga jawab aapko uske Kuch hi minutes me mil jayega ya fir jab tak nahi milta kaise hoga??

Kuch log hote hai Jo aapka bura sochte hai wo aapke friends, reletivies koi bhi ho sakta hai, aap unsuccessful ho jaye isiliye motivate na Karne ke bajaye dusri baatein karenge jaise  padhai karke Kya milta hai, aajakal berojgaari jyda hai so padh ke Kya fayda, teacher thik se padhate nahi hai, hum padh nahi sakte kaam Karne ke liye hi bane hai etc Jiski wajah se aap tension me aa jayenge. Khud ko inta motivated rakho ki koi aapke andar negativity na ghusa paye.



3. Dar ko dur kare - Remove fear


Aapko fail, Kam marks or yaad na rahne ka dar hai to don't worry apne aap pe trust karo or bolo I can do it, yesss me padhai kar ke acche marks la sakta hu. Jab bhi dar aata hai mirror ke samne khud ko khda kar ke bolo I will never give. Me apne goal ko Pura karne ke liye bin jaruri cheezo ka sacrifice karunga.

3. Positive Mind:
Kabhi Kisi ki baato me aise hi mat aaiye jaise Kuch log kahte hai yr ye cheez tum nahi kar sakte.Aur aap sochne lag jayenge ki Ye cheez me nahi kar sakta, mujse nahi hoga ya fir mujse hoga hi nahi.friends please aese excuses kabhi mat dena,aur sochnaki yeh task pura kaise hoga ,jawab aapko wahi mil jayega, agar jab tak aapko uska jawab nahi milta aap sochte rahna hoga ki ye task aakhir pura kaisa hoga.
Mind ko positive rakhe, soche ki yeh mera goal hai jisko pura karne ke liye mai kya kar sakta hu.

Aise log hote hai Jo aapka bura sochte hai wo aapke friends, reletivies koi bhi ho sakta hai, aap unsuccessful ho jaye isiliye motivate Karne ke bajaye dusri baatein karenge jaise  padhai karke Kya milta hai, aajakal berojgaari jyda hai so padh ke Kya fayda, teacher thik se padhate nahi hai, hum padh nahi sakte kaam Karne ke liye hi bane hai etc Jiski wajah se aap tension me aa jayenge. Khud ko itna positive minded rakho aur motivated rakho ki koi aapke andar negativity na ghusa paye.

Ek aur mai bohot important baat kahunga ki ,iss baat ko hamesha yaad rakhe
“ log woh baat kabhi nahi kahenge jo aap unke muh se sunna chahate hai”
Wo baat log tabhi kahenge jab aap mar jayenge… sp logon ki baton par dhyan na dein.



4. Study Me Interest:


Cricket ke kheladi ko agar football khenlne ke liye kahoge to wo nahi khelga ya fir khelta bhi hai to better tarike se nahi so pahle to study me interested bane.
. Insaan wo kaam karta hai jisme wo interested ho.

Agar aapka goal specific or strong hai to aap automatically goal related subject me Interest rakhenge.


5. Mobile Ko Jarurat Se Jyda Use Na kare ( Don’t use mobile other than requirement);


Bohot se surveys ke anusar mobile ki wajah se 80 students padhai nahi kar pate hai.
 so aaj se hi ye soch le ki mobile ka Kam use karoge or padhai me jyda time doge.
padhai Karte waqt mobile aapke pass me hoga to use karne ka dil karega so ho sake to usko kisi or jagha ya fir family Members ko ye bol ke de sakte hai ki itne baje tak mujhe mobile mat dena agar kisi ka call aata hai to tabhi mujhe mobile dena aur phir wapas le lena.

 Social media jaise Facebook, Instagram, whatsapp etc ka jyda use karte hai to aap use kam karne ki koshish kare .aapko ye feel hoga agar aapne apna goal banaliya hoga ,kyu ki koi bhi cheez ko turant nahi bhulaya ja sakta uske liye Kuch time lagta hi hai.


6. Depression/ tension Me Mat rahe ( don’t be depressed   or tensed)


Depression or tension word sun ke sabse pahle ye question aata hai ki kisi  insaan ki life me ye tension ya depression aati kyu hai? Jawab mein hum ye kah sakte hai ki ye problems ya to kisi insaan ki wajah se aa sakte hai ya phir kisi cheez (wastu) se ,to chaliye hum in dono ko samajne ki koshish karte hai

Agar hum insaan ki baat kare to usme deka jata hai ki kahin wo in saare problemska shikar to nahi hogaya jaise - love matter, break up, kisi friend ka baat na karna, social media pe samne Waley se block ho Jana, family and reletivies problems etc .
Aur hum cheez me dekhenge to usme  kisi cheez ke kho Jane par dukhi hona ya koi Cheez hasil na kar pane par tension lena.

Aap life me kisi bhi cheez ki wajah se depression me chale jao, problems sabke life me aati hai bas uske sath ladna Sikh Lena chahiye so utho or tension naam ki cheez ka band baja do. kon kaheta hai ki aap tension ya depression se bahar nahi aa sakte hai. Keep it up guys aapko life me bahot Kuch karna hai or aap abhi haar maan lenge to kaise kaam chalega, keep it up problems ko samjo or unse Kuch sikho kyu ki -good experience humesa bad experience se aata hai.

" Depression / tension jaisi cheezo ko pass rakh ke aapka hi bada loss hone wala hai so decision aapke hath Me hai ki tension me rahke life barbad karni hai ya zindagi ke sath lad ke jitna hai " it’s your choice..


7. Shant Place Pe Padhe - Read in a quiet place :


. Aesi cheez Jo aapki padhai me rukavat ban Sakti hai usse dur rahe.

Aap ghar or public places pe padhai nahi kar sakte hai ya fir tab kar sakte ho jab shor ( noice ) na ho. To aap Class room me agar jyda aawaj nahi ho raha hai to waha par bhi study karlo

Aap kisi public gardn me ya Ghar ki chhat pe Jake padhai kar sakte hai. Waha padhe jaha jyda log na aaye matlab aapko koi distrub na kare. padhai Karne ke liye night or morning ka time best raheta hai waise mahenat jyda karni hai to kisi bhi time pe study kar sakte hai, aap village me rahte hai or aapke ghar ke pass khuli jagah hai jaha aawaj nahi hoti to mai aapko suggest aap wahi padhai kare.


8. Action on Study :


Aapne apna goal bhi set kar liya or positive bhi hai par action nahi le rahe to koi fayda nahi hai.
Kuch log aese hote hai Jo bas bolte rahte hai - ye karunga wo karunga- but sach me dekhne jaye to wo un cheezo pe action nahi lete hai or natija bahot years nikal chuke hue hote hai ya apne years back karlete ex: engineering me. excuses bannae waley log kabhi aage nahi badte hai.

Study pe turant action le kabhi aesa na soche ki thodi der baad study karta hu ya Kal. Aesa soch ke aap apne aapko anjane me unsuccessful person banane ki taiyari kar rahe hai, jab man padhai se bhatak jaye to bolo right now mujhe Abhi padhai karni hai. Right Now Abhi nahi to kabhi nahi. Koi bhi kaam turant Karne ki aadat dalo. Yaad rahe aapko everyday study karne ki habit dalni hai.

Padhai Karte waqt kuch samaj me nahi aa raha hai to pahle word ka matlab samjne ki koshish kare fir aapko pura topic acche se samaj me aane lagega. Ye most recommended method hai.





9. Collect all Study material ( wo saare books ya materials apne paas rakhe jisme se aapko padhna hai):


 jab padhai kar rahe ho tab sari cheeze sath leke bethe taki aapko bich bich me uth ke koi cheez dhundne or kharidne ki jarurat na pade warna aapka time waste hoga.


10.  Drinking water( pani apne paas rakhe ):


Pani ka bottle sath me rakhe or thodi-thodi der me pani pite rahe isse aapka mind fresh rahega.


11. Window ke pass Beth kar padhai :


WINDOWS KE PAAS BAITH KAR PADHAI NA KARE na kare isse aapka dhyan kahi or bhtak sakta hai and agar concentrate power thoda jyda hai to khuli hawa me bhi padhai kar sakte hai.


12. Stop thinking of others( dusro ke bare me na soche):


 Aap ye mat sochiye ki Aapka friend Kya kar raha hoga e,usne kitna padha hoga .iske baad aap kya karenge aapko maalum hi hoga aap apne friend ko call karenge (usi bahane facebook ko koi notification aaya hoga aur aap use khol kar dekhenge aur aapko pata hi nahi chalega ki kab time nikal gaya hai).isliye aap dusro ke baarein me sochna bandh kar de.


13. No empty nor full stomach ( khana khane ki maaatra):


 jyda mat khaye or Khali pet bhi mat rahe.kyu ki aap khali peth padh nahi sakte aur full peth khana kha kar aapko neend aa jayegi.that’s it.
