3 tips to study late night

  '3 TIPS TO STUDY LATE NIGHT'



        If you are night owl, you will know how to stay awake late night. 

Some of us are those who wants to study late night to study for exam's, but they are unable to do it, because they dont' have proper idea, how to study late night.

Some of us, who wants to crack any exam' try to study late night. Generally they need to study more, even in night as well as early morning, if they want's to give any competitive exam.

So, today we are going to discuss the tips with which you will be able to study late night.
Before we go into our discussion, you have to know that why are you studying, and what you want to achieve by studying so hard

So, i am going to share with you 3 Tips which help you to study late night
Let's see one-by-one

1. Get plenty of fresh air (Cold Air):

          As we know, to go to sleep we need either hot or humid (or Stuffy) atmosphere. if you want to stay alert at night, you need circulating fresh air. One of the work you can do is, you can sit near
window.
 If you feel it's too cold, then don't turn on heater/ heating instrument’s, rather put extra layers of cloth’s

Cold air is much better for you to breathe comfortably, and it will help you stay awake. Cold air removes your heat and make you refreshed, by which your sleep will be gone. 


2. Avoiding power naps:

Many people recommends that power naps as a easiest and quick way of refreshing yourself, but i find that they often causes opposite effect  such as either you wake up 1 hour later in morning feeling tired , as you were tired while sleeping during night, in other words have wasted 1-2 hour of your fresh day or the other cause can be that you will be sleepy 3-4 hours early in night.

If you feel sleepy, eyes closing, then stand up immediately and walk around perhaps even go outside for a short stroll, with short time.


3. Avoiding yourself from creative distraction’s:


            You should have in mind that, you have to avoid distraction's at any cost , but i don't think it is completely true.

What you want to avoid is unwanted distraction’s but we have to know that all distraction's are not necessarily unwanted.

Allowing yourself 15 minutes to snoop around Face book , watching neighbor’s or whatever else, helps you to get relaxed, you can find yourself invigorated and feel yourself ready for next few hour's for study / anything.

This tip allows you to shake thing's out of your mind, and then come back to work more objectively. This tip helps you to study late night as it shows all the scenes of outside and you will become refreshed and once again you get charged for your studies. 
The study tips which are provided are worth, you can try it, during night study, and you can see the practical application of these tips, which will change your life. 

There should a fire in yourself that you should do some unique, which nobody has done, hope you are understanding what i wanna say.
