Dr Hansraj Hathi passed away today morning
Kavi Kumar Azaad aka Dr Hansraj Hathi who plays the role of Doctor in the popular comedy show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (TMKOC), passed away today (July 9 2018) morning. The actor suffered A massive heart attack today.
According to a source, the actor was supposed to attend a meeting today with the entire star cast and the producer of the show, but he informed the producer of the show that he is unwell and hence won’t be able to make it. Three-four hours ago, around 11-12 Pm, he suffered a massive heart attack and he passed away.
"He was an amazing actor and a very positive person. He truly Loved the show and always came for the shoot even if he was not feeling well. He called today morning that he is not well and will not be able to come for shoot. And later we got the news that he passed away. We are all too numb to say anything," said Asit Kumar Modi, TMKOC show producer
Apart from working on the small screen, had also featured in a few films including Aamir Khan’s Mela and Funtoosh.
